Rachael Cook

 Rachael Lee Cook was born October 4 in 1979. She has appeared in the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (1999) as well as Josie and the Pussycats (2001), and in the television series Into the West and Perception. Tifa lockhart voices her. Rachael Cook was born in Minneapolis (Minnesota), the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook and JoAnn Cook, who are both stand-up comics and social worker. She is part Italian. Cook appeared first in a public service ad for foster care at seven years old. She began her career as a child model at age 10 and was featured in national commercials for Target and Milk-Bone dog biscuit boxes. She was a student at Clara Barton Open School. Laurel Springs School. And Minneapolis South High School.
