Susan Sarandon Bio

It was the year after the 1968 Democratic convention and there was a casting call for a film with several parts for young individuals who disrupted the convention. Joe (1970), was chosen by Joe (1970) and Joe (1970) Two recently graduated Catholic University students. Chris Sarandon was not selected even though he prior studies in acting. Next, Joe (Peter Boyle) is a bigot who works in an assembly line and collects guns, befriends Susan. Five years later, Sarandon is the director of the movie. Janet is a transvestite who gets involved with Dr. Frank n Furter (1975). After more than 15 years of starting her career, Sarandon at last actively campaigned for a starring role in the film Annie in Bull Durham (1988), travelling herself from Rome from Rome to Los Angeles. "It was such a wonderful script ... and was able to dispel numerous myths and changed the American definition of success" she stated. "I spent some time there with Kevin Costner, sex some guys at the studio, and then got back on a plane. Tim Robbins, her Bull Durham (1988), supporting actor, was her first love. He had two sons by the year 1992. This put Sarandon in an awkward position. She was forced to leave her home to take on the roles that were extremely challenging. It was the result of four Academy Award nominations in 1990s, and best actress for Dead Man Walking (1995). Louis Malle's Atlantic City (1980), was her first Academy Award nomination.
