Will Ferrell
Will Ferrell
first became well-known as a cast member for "Saturday Night Live. Later,
he appeared in many major-screen comedies including Elf, Anchorman' and even
’Talladega Nights. Will Ferrell was born in Irvine in 1967. He started his
career in comedy by being a part of The group from Los Angeles, known as the
Groundlings. After his highly acclaimed seven-year stint as a member of the
cast of Saturday Night Live, he became one of the industry's biggest comedic
draws through off-color hits like Old School (2003) and Anchorman: The Legend
of Ron Burgundy (2004). Ferrell was the co-founder of the well-known video
streaming service Funny or Die. He has also been a popular voice actor in
animated films like Megamind (2010). John William Ferrell was created on the
16th of July, 1967 in Irvine (California). The oldest son of Righteous Brothers
keyboardist Lee Ferrell and teacher Kay Ferrell, Will was--by his own
admission, not the class clown when he was a student at University High School.
Ferrell was an unassuming student who decided to be an elite footballer. He set
a school record in terms of field goals made. Ferrell was a quiet man in
suburban suburbia, and he didn't exhibit the same bizarre or funny manner of
behavior that would define his career.
